I have been doing tournaments for 6 years and this was the best run event I have ever been to.

The tournament was run well. Its refreshing to have the men divisions go first. Everything went fast and was well organized. I will take my team to participate in the future.

I thought the tournament was professional and fair, and it gives an alternative to traditional Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Its open ended grappling rules made both the competitors and the coaches think outside the box. Furthermore the atmosphere at the tournament was sporting as well as competitive. In the years to come, the WGC will help the personal growth of many, whether it is jiu-jitsu, grapplers, or martial artist.

Brett, thanks for a great tournament experience. Everyone made us feel very welcome and the tournament ran very smoothly. My team and I had a great time and we can't wait until the next one. Thanks again for helping to grow Jiu-jitsu here in Houston. We'll see you at the next one

My team and I had a great time at the WGC Tournament. The organization of the event was top notch, they exceeded every expectation especially for a first time event. The staff was very courteous and professional from being greeted at the door, to very respectful referees. Solis Martial Arts Academy will be supporting this tournament again! Major congrats to Brett and his crew.
